Greetwell Place staff can provide secretarial and administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, binding and a postal collection service. In addition, a re-routed telephone answering service may also be available via reception.
Rental price includes:
Business & water rates, building insurance, general maintenance of the common areas, communal area cleaning costs, landscape maintenance, external window cleaning, waste disposal and security and reception costs. (Please note tenants can have 24/7 access)
Greetwell Place has car parking facilities but this is on a first come first serve basis.
Agreements are entered into on an 'easy in easy out' basis.
