This workshop is part of the Digital Development Business Support programme.
This workshop covers three important aspects of digital marketing: email marketing, blogging and customer relationship management.
NB – This is a practical masterclasses and delegates are required to bring a laptop computer.
In the first module of the course we will explore customer relationship management. This includes the setting up and development of an online customer relationship database and how it should be used to better communicate with potential and existing customers.
In the second module of the day we will look at blogging. Blogging isn’t just typing words on a screen. It’s about learning to communicate from the heart and warming people to your business. You might be the best at what you do, but if you're not blogging about it, you don't exist. It's essential to have a well-groomed web presence, and that's exactly what we will cover in this module.
Finally, in the last module of the day we will dedicate time to E-mail Marketing which has been a core tool in digital marketing for years but is not often used to its full potential. We will work with you LIVE on an email campaign using Mailchimp, exploring how to set it up, how to design and deliver a professional email campaign and we will discuss what a successful email campaign looks like. This course offers a practical guide to getting the most from email campaigns using the latest techniques, tools and best practice.
