This interactive training session will explore the importance of the Performance Management process and give practical steps to maximise effectiveness.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Gain commitment to the process
  • Give and receive effective feedback from staff
  • Understand the differences in employee motivational value systems



Arrive- 9.45am for a 10am start
