Chloe was successfully appointed at CoLC as an apprentice in July 2014. Chloe had already completed A Levels and decided that the university route was not for her. The idea of an apprenticeship in order to gain vocational business experience and relevant qualifications very much appealed to her. Initially Chloe was based within the Support Services team in DDES and within six months gained the position of Regeneration Officer on a temporary contract supporting the Western Growth Corridor and Transport Hub projects.
