Should Skegness Be Renamed?
Skegness should change its name to boost its image, a tourism expert has said, in order to attract a wealthier market. East Lindsey District Council dismissed the idea and said the traditional British resort had mass appeal, calling the proposal “a ridiculous suggestion.”

£500k Investment Gives Hope to Lincoln City FC
A new investment of more than £500,000 has been agreed in order to secure the short to medium term future of Lincoln City Football Club. The money comes from the club’s Chairman, Bob Dorrian, along with Lincolnshire Co-operative Ltd and Lindum Group, as well as other board members. The club has been struggling financially since relegation from the Football League in 2011, costing the Imps an estimated £500,000.

Farm In Lincolnshire Sells For £10.2m
One of the largest farms in Lincolnshire has been sold for more than £10.2 million. The Fenmore Estate, a 1,400-acre farm situated in three blocks at Swineshead Bridge, North Kyme and South Kyme, attracted potential bids from locals and for national and international investors.
