Managed Workspace
Managed workspace refers to all types of commercial accommodation from smaller offices or workshops, through to self contained office suites. Units are leased on flexible terms, often include reception services and conference facilities and typically fall under one of the following categories:-
- Incubation Centre: has an experienced Manager providing hands-on, intensive business support specifically to new start businesses
- Innovation Centre: is for both new and more mature businesses focusing on innovative technologies with on-site business support
- Enterprise Centre: provides a diverse range of support for both new start and mature businesses.
