I am a sole trader providing leadership training and coaching leaders from 1st line management to mid-management. I adopt a facilitation style, and incorporate different experiential learning techniques to make my training fun, energetic, memorable, and most importantly, relevant.

My leadership training puts people at the heart of all our discussions. I will help leaders communicate with, motivate, influence, and develop outstanding, highly resilient teams, with high output.

I have a number of off-the-shelf workshops, including: effective communication, influence, bias, conflict, team synergy, meta-leadership, and personnel development. These can be delivered as individual 2-hr workshops, or stacked to provide half day, full day, or multiple day training. A bespoke training design service is also available to meet your specific needs.
