Our Managing Director and Founding Partner, Dr. Chris Owen, has over 25 years of industrial and academic experience in Manufacturing, Management Systems, New Product Introduction and Supply Chain Management. He has held various operational and senior leadership roles in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Product Development, Engineering and Supply Chain. Chris was Director of Manufacturing (EAME) for Caterpillar Inc. and led the transformation of the order to delivery space for a number of years before becoming CEO of Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders Industry Forum.

Chris’s key areas of interest are competitive business strategy, business operating models, performance metrics and driving cultural change for strategy execution. He has been a Practising Consultant for over 8 years specialising in helping small and mid-sized businesses.

He holds a Masters Degree from the University of Cambridge in Manufacturing Business
