At Business Lincolnshire, we are committed to providing high-quality, fully funded support to businesses across the region. This includes one-to-one advisory sessions, programmes, workshops, and events. Due to the high demand and limited availability of these opportunities, it is essential that all booked places are used effectively.
By registering for any Business Lincolnshire support activity, you are committing to attend and actively participate. Each place represents a valuable, publicly funded opportunity that could otherwise be offered to another business.
If you are unable to attend a booked session, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange your place.
Cancellations should be made by contacting: businesslincolnshire@lincolnshire.gov.uk or directly notifying your assigned Growth Hub contact with whom your appointment is scheduled.
Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer your place to another business and ensures the continued effective use of funding.
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, such as illness, emergencies, or unexpected caring responsibilities. In such cases, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible using the contact details above.
Each situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to be fair and understanding where genuine circumstances apply.
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice impacts both programme delivery and other businesses who may have benefited from that place.
Where a business fails to attend a booked activity (excluding webinars) without providing notice or contacting Business Lincolnshire, we reserve the right to:
This measure ensures that limited resources are allocated to businesses that actively participate and benefit from the support offered.
We are dedicated to delivering accessible, valuable support to the Greater Lincolnshire business community. This policy helps us maximise the impact of our provision and maintain fairness for all participants.
