An immersive and interactive workshop delivered by 3 experienced coaches will deal with any lingering doubts you may have about your value as a presenter and/or speaker.

If you’ve ever worked hard to hit a goal or reach a big accomplishment only to be overcome by a feeling of, “You don’t deserve this,” or “You’re not going to hit this!” or “You are not an entrepreneur/a manager/an innovator”, you have experienced Imposter Syndrome.

Imposter Syndrome is the feeling of unworthiness for a goal or accomplishment or title and is a toxic mind-set that can sabotage some of the most high-performing individuals. Almost everyone experiences ‘Imposter Syndrome’ – this session is for anyone who would like to understand more about how this phenomenon impacts YOU!

Interactive ‘virtual’ group coaching session to include:

- What is ‘imposter syndrome’, who and why?

- Types and subgroups

- Tools to manage

- Powerful coaching questions

- Why ‘imposter syndrome’ is good

- Panel Q&A

 

A FREE workshop funded by ERDF Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G project) in collaboration with Lincoln BIG.
This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
