Anchor – Chris Headleand 
 
Chris is an Associate Professor with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of teaching and learning roles. He is currently the director of Teaching and Learning at the School of Computer Science at the University of Lincoln. Chris's research interests include Virtual Reality, Student Engagement, Serious Games, and Learning Communities.
 
Panellist – Genevieve Mannel
Genevieve has over 22 years’ corporate experience, of which the last 15 have been in a Business Intelligence or IT leadership role. She has led business intelligence teams in the financial service industry, as well as the retail industry.? She has led many successful system implementation programs, including SAP ERP including the warehousing solution, Tableau Enterprise Solutions, IBM Cognos Reporting, and Microsoft SQL Warehouse solutions. She is currently the Head of IT Cipla Africa. 


Panellist – Roman Lobus
Roman Lobus is an Agile coach, consultant, and trainer who helps organisations to outlearn their competitors and thrive in the world of uncertainty. He has got more than 15 years of experience serving companies in the telecommunications, finance and airways. 

Roman draws on Design Thinking, Dialogic Organisational development and Co-Active coaching.

Panellist – Professor Charmine Härtel
Charmine E. J. Härtel is Distinguished Professor and Advisor to the Head for the Department of Management at Monash University. As a recognized global authority on fostering employment and entrepreneurship of under-represented groups, co-founder of the study of emotions in organizations, and currently leading an initiative intersecting organizational behavior research with digital technologies, she is one of the world’s leading, preeminent scholar-practitioners in the field of work and employment.  


Panellist – Muthu Kumar
Muthu Kumar has over 28 years of industry experience at various levels in Networking, Security and Software industries in India and US. Has been instrumental in the success of three start-up organizations, two of those in the Silicon Valley.  

Kumar has been working in various Engineering, Management and Leadership roles and is currently VP of Engineering for Juniper Networks. He is the Site Leader for Juniper India, Bangalore which is the largest global centre of Innovation for Juniper.  

Panellist – Derek Foster

Derek Foster is an Associate Professor at the Lincoln School of Computer Science where he works researching and teaching the application of technologies across a range of societal contexts, particularly for sustainability purposes. Derek's teaching encompasses the Cloud Computing and IoT areas of computing. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Lincoln and an MSc in Human-centred Interactive Technologies from the University of York.
