NB - This is an interactive masterclass and we try to recreate an interactive classroom environment, where the sessions are live via  the zoom video conferencing platform and all delegates are expected to participate in the discussions. Feedback from other delegates have stated that the interaction and shared learning experience was one of the most valuable parts of the session.

 

Join this interactive four-part masterclass if you want to overhaul your current marketing plan and create a new plan that aligns with a changing society in a pandemic and post-pandemic world. This masterclass will explore the strategies, ideas, and channels to keep your customers loyal, help you find new customers to help you not only survive – but thrive as we move forward into 2021.

 

This is great for business owners or marketing leads within businesses who:

·       Want to take a fresh look at how they market and devise a new plan for the next 12 months

·       Understand the principles of great marketing and explore different tools and techniques that they can put to work in their business right away

·       Explore digital marketing as part of the marketing mix

 

Session 1 (Tuesday 9th March 2021 - 10:00 - 11:30) In the first session we will work on your business plan for the next year, looking at your vision, goals and KPI’s. This is crucial before starting on a marketing strategy and plan. This is an opportunity to write or refresh your plan ahead of the next session. 

 

Session 2 (Tuesday 16th March 2021 - 10:00 - 11:30) we will cover marketing basics – getting started, understanding your audience, understanding your why, finding customers and turning them into fans and introducing the marketing trifecca.

 

Session 3 (Tuesday 23rd March 2021 - 10:00 - 11:30) we look at the 3 key areas of a media strategy – earned, owned, and paid for marketing.

 

Session 4 (Tuesday 30th March 2021 - 10:00 - 11:30) we will continue with the marketing trifecta, covering how to measure success. We will also cover topics and issues that the delegates have identified in implementing the marketing trifecca after masterclass 2. 

We will do some live screen sharing and delegates will be encouraged to share their screens and the group will problem solve and work with each other to find solutions or come up with ideas.

 

Session 5: 90 minute 1:1 session. After you have completed the four interactive sessions you will be entitled to a 1:1 session with the presenter who will review your plan and provide feedback bespoke to your business.

 

About the Presenter – Kelly Hunstone

Award winning social marketer, communicator and researcher with significant experience working at a senior/ board level delivering social research programmes and creative and effective marketing strategies for household brands, government departments and public sector clients.

Chief Executive at Social Change UK - a social research and marketing agency working across the UK and in Europe, specialising in behaviour change campaigns, purpose, sustainable marketing and communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social business aims. Proud DRUM award winner in 2019 and shortlisted for a second award in 2020.

Please note these sessions are live via the zoom video conference software and all delegates are expected to participate in the discussions. Confirmation of your place will be sent separately once your eligibility has been checked post receiving your application.

Please note we are only able to offer one place per company to ensure we can support as many businesses as possible. To qualify for this funded support, your business must be a small to medium enterprise (SME) based in Greater Lincolnshire. Apologies, but support intermediaries, public bodies, or financial sector businesses are not eligible.

 

Am I eligible?

The workshop is available to businesses, partnerships, sole traders, and registered charities, with a trading address located within Greater Lincolnshire (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire & Lincolnshire).

To attend, your business must complete an SME enrolment form in order to check the business’s eligibility against the funding criteria. (The form will be sent to you on completion of an Eventbrite booking - if one has not already been completed and on file).

Please note that attendance at Business Lincolnshire events will not preclude eligibility to access grant funding.
