NB - This is an interactive masterclass and we try to recreate an interactive classroom environment, where the sessions are live via  the zoom video conferencing platform and all delegates are expected to participate in the discussions. Feedback from other delegates have stated that the interaction and shared learning experience was one of the most valuable parts of the session.

 

In the UK there are over 37 million users of Facebook, 28 million users of LinkedIn, and 24 million users of Instagram. Both Twitter and Snapchat have over 16,500,000 users.

Our sessions will show you the opportunities to advertise across some of these platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. If you already use social media for your business you may be aware that marketing on these platforms can be cost effect and highly targeted.

Business pages are finding it harder to reach their customers and potential customers as organic reach falls across social platforms and businesses begin to consider the advantages of Paid Ads on Social.

Paid Ads on Social provides businesses with a chance to reach, engage and convert new or existing customers who might not be seeing organic activity from these businesses, and can be used to help move new customers through your sales funnel increasing the chances of good quality enquiries for your business.

 

Session 1 - Wednesday 9th June 2021 (14:00 - 15:30):  You will learn the basics of social media marketing including how to integrate your sales funnel into your Social Advertising and how to build the audiences you want to advertise to.

 

Session 2 - Wednesday 16th June 2021 (14:00 - 15:30):  You will learn how to choose marketing objectives that align with your own sales processes, and how choosing these objectives changes the dynamics of your social media campaigns.

 

Session 3 - Wednesday 23rd June 2021 (14:00 - 15:30): You’ll learn about the tracking codes available from social media platforms and why these are essential to your Paid Ads on Social success. From these tracking codes you’ll learn about creating custom audiences to fit with your own sales strategy.

 

Session 4 - Wednesday 30th June 2021 (14:00 - 15:30):  You’ll learn how advertising works and what type of ads are available on different platforms, including how to create these ads and how all your campaign objectives, audience choices and ad creatives come together.

 

About the Presenter – Liam Lally

Liam is an excellent presenter with years of experience and knowledge. He delivers both theory and practical training sessions on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and YouTube, as well as covering social media strategy and metrics for measuring success.

His agency is a Google AdWords certified partner, offering advice, training or management of Google AdWords pay-per-click campaigns. Liam also specialises in search engine optimisation consultancy and training and is a Certified Hootsuite Professional.

Please note we are only able to offer one place per company to ensure we can support as many businesses as possible. To qualify for this funded support, your business must be a small to medium enterprise (SME) based in Greater Lincolnshire. Apologies, no support intermediaries, public bodies or financial sector businesses.

 

Am I eligible?

The workshop is available to businesses, partnerships, sole traders, and registered charities, with a trading address located within Greater Lincolnshire (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire & Lincolnshire).

To attend, your business must complete an SME enrolment form in order to check the business’s eligibility against the funding criteria. (The form will be sent to you on completion of an Eventbrite booking - if one has not already been completed and on file).

Please note that attendance at Business Lincolnshire events will not preclude eligibility to access grant funding.
