Would you like to have a better understanding of your business’ finances and to feel more confident in making financial decisions that directly impact your operations?

Use Humber Business Week to do just that by joining Business Lincolnshire for a practical, interactive workshop which will help to deepen your understanding of management accounts, the metrics of greatest importance and the levers you can deploy to improve profitability.

The ability to understand and use financial information is of paramount importance to your business’ success and our accounting expert, James Sewell, will guide you through the core elements and touch on some more advanced topics, including:

·       Management accounts, bookkeeping systems, margins, working capital and cashflow;

·       Cost management;

·       Tax planning: taking a step towards your goals;

·       Setting the correct strategic objective and KPIs;

·       Business remodelling, diversification, cross-selling and making the most out of strategic alliances.

The session will also address financial pain points that businesses are currently experiencing and provide advice on how to tackle these.

This is delivered in partnership with Wright Vigar Chartered Accountants.
