ChamberConnect: Supporting the Wellbeing of Furloughed Employees Returning to the Workplace

A FREE panel webinar on how you can help staff returning after an extended period of absence, by Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.

Event Information

ChamberConnect is a series of interactive virtual events by Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce which have been designed to support businesses and their staff through the current Coronavirus crisis. Funded by Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G)

These events will allow you to learn, ask questions and stay up-to-date on a variety of topics which will be affecting your business at such an uncertain time

As restrictions are starting to lift, businesses are returning to the workplace and must ensure a safe return of their workforce.

The wellbeing of your workforce will no doubt be a part of that planning and in particular those employees that have been on furlough.

Returning to work after an extended period of absence, under any circumstances will likely cause emotional stress, so keeping your workforce informed is key, but what else can be done to ensure a safe and comfortable return to the working environment for furlough employees?

Hosted by Naomi Watkins-Ligudzinska, founder of NW Counselling Hub, we are delighted to offer this panel discussion which will provide support for employers who are planning a return to work for their furloughed staff but also what us as employees can do as well.

Naomi will be joined by three others experts:

Alison Harris, Founder of Alison Harris Wellbeing

Rachel Linstead, Founder of Firecracker

Michelle Johnson, Head of Organisational Development at PCW Consulting.

A FREE workshop funded by ERDF Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G project) in collaboration with Lincoln BIG.
This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
