Lincolnshire Cyber Security Forum

The Lincolnshire Cyber Security Forum is headed by Lincolnshire Police and the FSB. We are a dedicated collaborative group that network together exploring how best to reduce Cyber Crime across Lincolnshire and beyond. Our meetings feature industry expert speakers including Lincolnshire Police, EMCRC, NCSC, PDSC, Businesses, Academics, and experts from the FSB. The Forum provides all attendees with access to the latest information on emerging cyber threats, criminal trends, best safeguarding practice, new technology, and staff training. We also offer you expert advice and guidance on how to prepare, and protect your business, staff, and customers from unwanted cyber criminals.

Event Information

Our August Meeting will be focusing on: -

“How to Survive and Thrive after a Cyber Attack”.
Should your business be the victim of a cyber-attack, you will be wondering what to do, and what steps to take to minimize the damage. This will be an ideal and valuable opportunity to find out more and ask questions to Graham Harrison from an educational business who suffered such attack earlier this year.

“What resources are available for Micro and SMEs”.
Dr Rona Mackenzie from KryptoKloud will explain about the resource available to help minimize a cyber-attack.  There will also be time to ask questions about your current resources policies and practices for both inside and out of the office.

We will also hear from Lincolnshire Police Cyber Crime Unit and Industry experts about the latest cyber-attacks and scams and those linked to the COVID-19 pandemic.
