Naming, Storing & Accessing your Customer Data

This masterclass will give a broad overview of how to manage your business and management data, how to use it to provide good customer service and create future business opportunities

Event Information

NB - This is an interactive masterclass and we try to recreate an interactive classroom environment, where the sessions are live via the zoom video conferencing platform and all delegates are expected to participate in the discussions. Feedback from other delegates have stated that the interaction and shared learning experience was one of the most valuable parts of the session.

How do you find your files?

Is your data filing system getting unwieldy or have you yet to set up a digital filing structure?

Do you share access to files with your colleagues or clients and what systems do you have to limit access to confidential information?

Do you archive material or is it all cluttering up your active spaces?

There is more and more data created by every action on social media or internet use, and this is valuable in helping you understanding your customer but some of the information is company confidential and for internal use. This masterclass will give a broad overview of how to manage your business and management data, how to use it to provide good customer service and create future business opportunities.

There are legal requirements around the storing and usage of customer data, so this session is ideal for the business or sole trader, that is new to data storage as part of their business activities.

This interactive masterclass will take you through some of the most effective ways of:

  • setting up your system
  • highlight the issues that occur in developing a naming and filing structure
  • access controls
  • technology that might help.

The participant will leave knowing how to set up the right filing structure, develop naming conventions and how to adopt access controls and technology that helps.
