Event Information
Join the Productivity Programme for the first mini conference of 2021, made up of guest speakers, workshops and takeaway exercises to teach you the elements of productivity and the blockers you must avoid.
The day will be hosted by Richard Askam, creator of Coca-Cola’s iconic ShareaCoke campaign and feature Sara Scott of Virtubrand and Jo Mason of Propulsion Coaching.
The Elements of Productivity with Jo Mason:
Jo will explore the three elements that make up productivity; motivation, efficiency and choice.
You will work together to uncover the functional aspects of your business that are impacting motivation, and help to identify, develop and clarify specific goals that elicit increased motivation. Discover process mapping by exploring one of your own business processes, and reveal inefficiencies and further opportunities for streamlining and innovation. And understand how decision-making and business values are related and impact authenticity, leaving the session with takeaways to boost your creativity and increase your options and possibilities moving forward.
How to avoid productivity blockers with Sara Scott:
Sara will deliver a fast-paced, interactive workshop session to introduce and explore common blockers to productivity at work, including technology traps, self-sabotage, people pitfalls and energy enemies.
Working together in groups to unpack where, when and how common productivity blockers arise, the group will synthesise and discuss valuable techniques to avoid and mitigate productivity issues and unearth practical ways to keep teams and individuals focused, positive, engaged and energised at work.
