Susan Roe

Susan Roe is a multi-lingual international digital trade specialist who has extensive experience in consulting and coaching exporting SMEs. Leading on the digital trade activity for DIT East Midlands, Susan provides tailored advice and guidance to new, novice and experienced exporting businesses to help grow their overseas sales. Susan has designed and facilitated multiple workshops, webinars and roundtables to help overcome digital trade barriers, and also maximise opportunities when selling online overseas. Her passion for helping UK businesses stay ahead of the curve with digital trade focuses on global eCommerce, online marketplaces, website internationalisation for international trade, market validation/planning and localised marketing techniques.

Mark Bates

Mark is a highly experienced field sales, business administration and eCommerce professional gaining that knowledge both domestically and in Europe. His passion for eCommerce has been developed whilst working with small and large companies including Sports Direct. He has carried out digital focused roles such as SEO manager, affiliate manager and digital marketing manager. Digital marketing and exporting are a passion, and Mark strives to deliver his digital trade experience to help clients increase their international eCommerce and global web presence potential to win overseas business.

Kerry Bailey

Kerry is the associated Trade Adviser for the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership, working with small to medium sized companies to develop their international trade ambitions across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Kerry returns to the Department for International Trade (DIT) after five years working in the international department for Derbyshire County Council, where she led a civic and trade delegation to Anhui Province, China (2019). Kerry is a proactive, driven and reliable individual, who always goes the extra mile for her clients to ensure they receive the support required to help grow their business.
