Event Information
On the 13th October, Lincolnshire County Council are holding the first ever Lincolnshire Climate Summit during the run up to the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) in Glasgow.
As a warm up for the event, Lincolnshire County Council are hosting a series of free virtual workshops available to everybody from the 20th to 23rd September. The events will cover a wide range of climate centric topics, including Energy Efficiency for your Business, Sustainable Travel for your Business, Community Led Climate Action and Low Carbon Homes.
Come along to hear from our panel of Lincolnshire businesses who are leading the way with their sustainable transport solutions. Topics covered in this workshop include cargo bikes, EV insfrastructure and using biomethane as fuel. There will also be an opportunity for viewers to ask questions after the presentations.
Our aim is to bring together people across the county, including the public sector, businesses, communities and individuals, and will provide the opportunity to focus on what can be achieved when we all work together to tackle climate change, and showcase some of the amazing things already being implemented across the county to reduce our emissions.
