Dates & times

This workshop is split into two parts, so you will be required to attend both days.

Monday 8th November 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Tuesday 9th November 1:00pm – 3:00pm

During this FREE two-part workshop, Liam Lally of Zaddle will show you how to use some of the most popular social media channels.

Many businesses realise the potential Social Media platforms could offer their company, but many are unsure where to start.

With so many different social media networks, which one is right for your type of business? And how can you ensure your messages and content are being seen and creating positive engagement for your company.
This webinar will take a look at the different platforms on offer across Social Media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & Pinterest, how they work, and what are the best practices for businesses across these channels.

We will also look at why you need to consider your customer’s journey, and which social media platforms might be better for brand awareness, customer service, reputation management, sales and collaboration.

This interactive webinar will give you the opportunity to ask questions throughout the presentation.

Who should attend

These sessions have been designed for small business owners, start-ups, or employees who are part of a marketing team to increase their understanding of social media, and the opportunities available to businesses of any size.
