Business Lincolnshire is excited to announce its Lincolnshire Growth Sprint event, designed to help your business determine its priorities and speed up your growth.

This interactive event features workshops to help tackle a range of business challenges, while developing a clear plan of action to move towards your goals. Inspired by Google’s Design Sprint – a method the tech giant developed to accelerate its own software design process – you will be guided by an expert facilitator to have the “chewy conversations” about what is holding your business back, while using tried and tested workshop techniques to help make the priority calls that are vital to your business growth.

We invite you to bring three decision-makers from your organisation to work together to develop a growth plan that is right for your make-up, including getting rapidly aligned on the issues that have plagued your business for too long. It can help you to agree a clear direction, along with forming implementation plans for smaller tactical actions that edge your business closer to its goals.

You’ll also be introduced to technology and strategies that can help to future-proof your business, as well as connect with other local businesses on their own growth journeys, providing the opportunity to interact with and learn from each other.

The evening will be led by Sean Sankey, Managing Director of Much Clearer Ltd, who has 15 years of experience driving growth at creative and technology businesses. So far, Sean has guided more than 80 businesses through Growth Sprints across the UK and Europe.

This event is open to businesses in the ‘Creative / Digital /Tech’, ‘Manufacturing’ and ‘Agri-Food’ sectors, with places available for only four businesses from each of the three sectors.

To express your business’ interest in attending, please register here. Once submitted, your details will be reviewed and we will be in touch with further information.

To maximise your participation, you must bring three decision-makers to work together to develop a tailored approach that is best for your business’ growth.

Please note that registering an expression of interest does not guarantee you a place at the event. Registration will close on Friday 31 December 2021.

Is My Business Eligible?

Attendance at the event is available to businesses that meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 5 employees

• £250k turnover in last year

• Potential/aspiration to grow turnover and/or profit by a minimum of 50% over the next 3 years
