Join us for the latest in our 'The changing face of the Midlands' series exploring economic recovery across the region.

In our final session of the year, our focus will be on the rise of hybrid working, a development which offers more flexibility and freedom than ever seen before in the workplace.

We are seeing huge cultural shifts in the workplace and new routines, habits and employment models are being established in business. We will explore this huge topic in more detail and look at emerging trends in recruitment, security, staff well-being and management as a result of this new way of working.

The event will start with an overview of ICAEW’s latest research findings on business confidence levels at a regional and national level. This will lead into a panel discussion and live Q&A around hybrid working.
