Flood risk is rising due to climate change and Lincolnshire will be hit by more frequent major flood events in the coming years.

Lincolnshire County Council will introduce their innovative PFR funding assistance scheme for homeowners and the recent tender process to appoint a contractor. We’ll introduce case studies on businesses who have successfully added PFR to their portfolio of services as well as showing the perspective of concerned homeowners.

The Flood Innovation Centre at the University of Hull has been established to work with businesses to help them develop new products and services in flood resilience. We’re also able to work directly with businesses on their own PFR needs. Our funding means we can offer our services to eligible SMEs in Lincolnshire at no cost to the business.
