The last two and a half years have been a business roller coaster for anyone running or managing a small business, following Covid-19, Brexit, and now conflict in Ukraine - any one of these things alone would cause disruption to staff and their routines and attendance, to supply chains, to the movement of people and goods, never mind three all at once.
However, these events also create opportunities - to strengthen your business, find new solutions for customers, and review your business model and processes to ensure you can weather any storm, and continue to thrive.
Join Leigh Sear and Meryl Levington for this live and fun interactive workshop - where you will be able to try out a range of tools and techniques to help you test your resilience, and spot risks and influencing factors in your market.
We will explore problem-solving, creative thinking, and ideas generation, as well as showing you how to scan for trends and further opportunities.
The workshop will also give you the chance to network with other businesses, share experiences and problem solve together.
