The first workshop will initially cover how Manufacturers can better manage their supply chain by covering key topics such as top down leadership, improvement methodologies and sustainable change.
In addition to the online workshops, the programme includes one to one mentoring with industry experts who will help you implement a priority action plan for your business based on their Supply Chain Maturity Audit.
