THIS IS ONLY FOR BUSINESSES IN RETAIL, LEISURE AND HOSPITALITY that meet the eligibility criteria below.

Delivered by Deborah Goodall, Director of Aer8 Marketing Ltd and CDI Alliance Ltd, and Guy Lewis, Director at CDI Alliance, this full day workshop will be about developing a complete marketing strategy and tactical plan for their business.

Delegates will leave with the outline of a:

Overarching Marketing Strategy
Tactical Marketing Plan for 6-12 months

Tickets are limited to one person per business.

Looking at developing a marketing for your business then this workshop is for you. We’ll spend time creating objectives, developing customer profiles, looking at your brand and then selecting the channels to reach your customers - considering, digital and traditional channels. We’ll also think about messaging and how to create messages that motivate your customers.

We will then look at the sales messages and develop an engagement and sales approach plan.

The areas covered during the day will be:

AM - Market Research (PESTLE & SWOT), 7p’s of Marketing & Understanding your customer and what your business means to your customers.
PM – Marketing messages, Marketing tactics – Digital (social media, Online, Email marketing) & Traditional (Press, TV, Radio, Billboards & Posters) activities.

NB – there will be several breakout sessions to work on and develop your own individual plans.

Eligibility:

This Business Lincolnshire programme is funded by UK Government as part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and is open to businesses in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors based in the following District Council areas: Lincoln, North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, North Kesteven, South Kesteven, Rutland & West Lindsey.

Previous participants in the Hospitable Boost or Your Business Boost programmes are ineligible for this event or activity.
