Albert Einstein famously said ‘We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them’.

Creative ideas and innovative solutions are key ingredients for business success. Businesses, no matter how large or small, who see & act upon the opportunities and possibilities for change, not only survive in our uncertain and complex world; they flourish.

But then, you probably already know that. You’re aware that creativity is essential; what you might be wondering is why it’s not always that easy to achieve. 

Whether you work in the creative industries or not, this workshop will encourage you to reflect on how ideas are generated and developed, to explore what helps the process and what hinders.

Following the success of last year's event, Mandy Wheeler and Luke Sorba return to Lincoln. They are both award winning writers and directors with many years experience teaching and coaching creative professionals and they are bringing their unique workshop back to the University of Lincoln.

Delegates will return to their workplace with an improved insight into how to create new ideas, products and services that will bring greater success and renewed energy to their business.

This workshop is available for businesses, partnerships, sole traders, and registered charities, with a trading address located within Greater Lincolnshire (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire & Lincolnshire).

To access this workshop, your business must complete an SME enrolment form in order to check the business’s eligibility against the funding criteria. (The form will be sent to you on completion of an Eventbrite booking - if one has not already been completed and on file).

Due to limited space all places are limited to one delegate from each business to ensure we can support as many businesses as possible at this workshop.

Through Eventbrite you are only requesting to book a place on a workshop/masterclass and this delegate place will be confirmed via email once the SME Form and eligibility have been checked.
