Think of all those times when you whip out your phone to “Google” something, be it checking prices or asking a question. Those are micro-moments. And in these moments, consumers’ expectations are higher than ever. We’ve all been trained to expect brands to immediately deliver exactly what we are looking for, when we are looking.

In this talk, you’ll learn how to identify and anticipate your consumers’ micro-moments and discover how to utilise them to create seamless online customer experiences.
