This programme is one of range of FREE workshops provided by Collaboration 4 Growth specifically designed to meet the needs of eligible smaller businesses based in Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey areas.

The programme is aimed specifically at recently appointed managers, supervisors, team leaders or those who have had little or no management development training. Topics to be covered: An introduction to management & leadership Effective, assertive and motivational communication Personal and team organisation Delegation, standards and target setting Developing teamwork and resolving conflict Making effective decisions, and problem solving techniques.

Lunch will be provided at this two day workshop which will take place from 9am - 4 pm on the 12th and 26th March at the Lincoln Hotel, Eastgate, Lincoln.

To access this workshop, your business must complete an SME enrolment form in order to check the business’ eligibility against the funding criteria. (The form will be sent to you on completion of an Eventbrite booking - if one has not already been completed and on file). Through Eventbrite you are only requesting to book a place on a workshop/masterclass and this delegate place will be confirmed via email once the SME Form and eligibility have been checked. Due to limited space all places are limited to one delegate from each business to ensure we can support as many businesses as possible at this workshop.
