Event Information
This course will guide participants in methods to review ability to supply by considering key suppliers, production capacity, physical delivery of goods, dealing with outstanding orders and managing lead times. We will consider challenges in the movement and clearance of goods and the ability to provide customer service/after sales service. We will look at the challenge of communicating clearly with local distributors/agents/other representatives and obtaining a clear assessment of their capacity. We will look at sources of up-to-date information, methods of evaluation and setting priorities.
This two-hour session will comprise a live audio and visual presentation, including questions and answers. Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance or during the event.
Who should attend? This course will be of particular benefit to senior management and for those with responsibility for export shipping, logistics and export sales management.
