Graduate Internship Funding Schemes (Free)

What is the incentive/subsidy on offer?

The University of Lincoln offer funding to help businesses recruit new student and graduate talent. Businesses looking to recruit talented new staff can benefit from a series of bursaries of up to £1,500 to support internships and this year help will be provided to over 130 different employers.

Paid internships are a good way for small and medium sized enterprises in particular to take on an intern in a way which reduces the risk and costs associated with recruiting a new member of staff. Interns can be appointed to work on a specific project or to fill a vacancy for a fixed period. Many interns have gone on to be offered permanent roles after proving themselves to be invaluable team members.
