The scheme provides an incentive to employers recruiting a University of Lincoln graduate.
Employers will receive £1000 for every recent graduate they employ for a minimum of 3 months and a minimum of 20 hours per week.
The candidate is a recent graduate from The University of Lincoln, who graduated from a degree level course in 2014 or 2015, the work being carried out is deemed to of 'graduate' level and the graduate must work at least 20 hours per week for 3 months.
