What is the Business Support?
This 4-week cohort-based programme brings together business owners and leaders for a mix of expert-led sessions, peer learning, and personalised business insight. You’ll walk away with fresh ideas, practical tools, and a clear action plan for your next steps.
Programme Format
Your Business Boost is designed to guide you through a logical, energising learning journey:
- ✅ Onboarding – Welcome to the programme! Meet your advisor and get ready for what’s ahead.
- 🔍 Business Healthcheck – A 1-2-1 session with your dedicated Business Boost Advisor to understand where you’re at and identify key priorities.
- 🚀 Bootcamp Day 1 – A full-day, in-person session to kick off the cohort experience, introduce key concepts, and build momentum.
- 🎓 Two weeks of masterclasses – Each week includes two 90-minute online sessions covering essential business topics like Attracting Talent, Knowing Your Numbers, Imposter Syndrome, and more.
- 📈 Bootcamp Day 2 – Another energising full-day session to bring everything together, create your business action plan, and set goals for the future.
