With a background in engineering and hospitality, Noreen has considerable experience in people management and in the management of diverse projects. She has also started four unique and diverse family run businesses in training and development, recruitment, outside catering and a children’s nursery, so has an understanding of a wide range of sectors, business types and the importance of a good team from a personal perspective.
Noreen has worked in the business advice arena for 24 years, in a range of roles including as an Investors in People Adviser and Assessor, Personal Business Adviser, Leadership and Management Adviser, Start-Up Advisor, Growth Hub Adviser, and currently as the designated Scale Up Adviser for the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub. All of these roles have a common thread of giving people in business the support they need to make decisions and achieve their growth potential. After all, supporting businesses is what being a Growth Hub Adviser is all about.
