This workshop is split into four parts, so you will be required to attend all days.

We face unprecedented times with people working remotely and employee engagement being more critical than ever before.

Being able to consistently cope with the sales you have is the pressing problem. The objective of this 2 day course is to equip you as a director or senior manager with the skills and confidence you need to engage your team fully to achieve your growth goals.

4 sections are covered over the 4 half day online sessions:

- Setting the Destination – Developing Vision & Values Leadership

- Planning & Direction – Dealing with Obstacle to Engagement and Growth

- People Management Approaches – Fully Engaging your employees

- Developing the Team – maintaining momentum

These 4 sessions will be structured to mirror stages within a business development process. Put the knowledge of what you have learnt to the test through discussions and exercises. This approach grounds the business development process in practicality, and ensures that the material covered will be used immediately, and that the process begun during the training can be sustained when you return to apply them within your business environment.

A FREE workshop funded by ERDF Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G project) in collaboration with Lincoln BIG.

This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.

Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
