With over 2.5 billion users Facebook shows no signs of slowing down with the average time a user spends on Facebook daily, now over 30 minutes.

But many businesses approach Facebook as just another marketing platform - setting up a page with the sole intention of selling and missing the opportunities that Facebook offers to integrate the platform into your business to enable it to help with important tasks.

Our session will show you the important things to do, and do not, in Facebook. We'll look at how to create a great first impression, and how to set up a business page including private messaging for customer service enquiries and building a community with a Facebook group.

Your presenter for this interactive masterclass is Liam Lally. He has years of experience and knowledge to share with you about all things social and will deliver an informative, fun session to get your business on the right track with Facebook.

Liam is a certified Hootsuite Professional and is a digital marketer.

Please note we are only able to offer one place per company to ensure we can support as many businesses as possible. To qualify for this funded support, your business must be a small to medium enterprise (SME) operating within the Visitor Economy, on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

Am I eligible?

The masterclass is available to businesses, partnerships, and sole traders, operating in any sector supporting the Visitor Economy, on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

To attend, your business must complete an SME enrolment form in order to check the business’s eligibility against the funding criteria. (The form will be sent to you on completion of an Eventbrite booking - if one has not already been completed and on file).
