Part of Build for the Future. Seminar on the effects sustainable design have on property values, now and in the future.

Event Information

This talk is part of the Build for the Future: East Midlands event, which is FREE to attend!

Sustainability is becoming a conventional issue not just in business but across every walk of life. https://www.lincs-chamber.co.uk/events/build-for-the-future/

As the Property sector seeks to reduce their carbon emissions, capturing the value of sustainability has always created challenges, however as part of the Government’s ambitious plans to become net zero by 2050, businesses of all shapes, sizes and sectors all have their part to play in this.

The benefits of sustainable properties are clear from an environmental perspective, but what about the financial benefits?

Here we will be joined by Director of Newton Fallowell Estate Agents, Rebecca Hoyles who will be discussing the effects sustainable design have on property values, now and in the future.
