About this event

The masterclass is available to businesses, partnerships, and sole traders, operating in any sector supporting the Visitor Economy, on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

Excellent customer service is so much more than a smile and polite words, it’s about the whole experience from the moment they pick up the phone to you or see a post on social media through to the visit itself and beyond.

You'll be invited to participate in this interactive masterclass and share your experiences of good and bad customer experiences.

You’ll leave the masterclass with the tools and knowledge to develop the experience for your customers so they not only want to keep coming back but they’ll also be shouting about you from the rooftops!

The key content areas covered during the sessions are:

  • Do you understand what motivates your guests/visitors to book/buy?
  • How easy is it to engage with you or your website?
  • Establishing realistic expectations and standards
  • Asking for constructive feedback - is the customer always correct?
  • Do your customers feel valued?
