Are you worried about your upcoming Aerospace audit? Being audited for the first time? Or perhaps you want to understand what is involved to see if your company makes the grade?

Join Paul Wilson from UKQMS, a former Head of Quality at Rolls Royce, as he takes you through a one-hour whistle stop tour of problem solving, managing risk and other key improvement methods and approaches designed to improve business performance and gain a stronger result in an aerospace audit.

This 1-hour online session is the prefect taster to whet your appetite for the full training course which will take place online in April. This course will provide you with innovative tools to tackle the common issues seen in most businesses in a practical way, while building a model for continual improvement which is low cost and highly effective.

Both sessions are free of charge to SME’s and brought to you by Aerospace Unlocking Potential, a business support programme delivered between the University of Nottingham and the Midlands Aerospace Alliance.

As a pan-Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) project, Aerospace UP is available to SMEs in 8 Midlands LEP areas:
