INTERACTIVE MASTERCLASS

Tuesday 1st & 8th November 2022 – Facebook for Business 

2 x 90-minute sessions – 10.00am – 11.30am 

Delivered by Liam Lally, managing director of Zaddle Marketing, this three-part, creative, and interactive masterclass will focus on how to get the best from Facebook for your business. With over 2.5 billion users, Facebook shows no signs of slowing down with the average time a user spends on Facebook daily now over 30 minutes. 

But many businesses approach Facebook as just another marketing platform, setting up a page with the sole intention of selling, and missing the opportunities?that Facebook offers to integrate the platform into your business to enable it to help with important tasks. 

Our sessions will show you the importance of making a great first impression on Facebook with your Facebook page, how to post good quality updates to your Facebook likes, as well as exploring your business page options including private messaging for customer service enquiries?and building a community with a Facebook group. 

Session 1: You will learn the Facebook page components that make a great first impression to visitors and understand the different ways to post to Facebook and why measuring engagement is critical to your page success. 

Session 2: You will learn how to use Messenger for customer service (and why it is a really good idea to do so) and understand why Facebook groups continue to grow in popularity and how you could create one for your business, to attract new customers and increase existing customer loyalty and advocacy. 

You will learn the value of creating event pages for your business on Facebook, as well as a closer look at some of the additional features that are now available to Facebook pages including Facebook Stories. 

About the Presenter – Liam Lally 

Liam is an excellent presenter with years of experience and knowledge. He delivers both theory and practical training sessions on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and YouTube, as well as covering social media strategy and metrics for measuring success. 

His agency is a Google AdWords certified partner, offering advice, training or management of Google AdWords pay-per-click campaigns. Liam also specialises in search engine optimisation consultancy and training and is a Certified Hootsuite Professional.

This interactive masterclass is available to businesses, partnerships, sole traders, and registered charities, with a trading address located within Greater Lincolnshire (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire & Lincolnshire).

To attend, your business must complete an SME enrolment form in order to check the business’s eligibility against the funding criteria. (The form will be sent to you on completion of an Eventbrite booking - if one has not already been completed and on file - please notify us if you have already completed a form)/

Please note that attendance at Business Lincolnshire events will not preclude eligibility to access grant funding.

This interactive masterclass is fully funded and places are limited so be sure to apply for yours today. When booking you are committing to attend all the sessions, including a 1:1 with the presenter. Confirmation of your place will be sent separately once your eligibility has been checked post receiving your application.
