Session 1:

Holding onto customers can be significantly cheaper and much more cost effective for a business than to keep acquiring new customers – but it’s probably easier said than done.

We’re creatures of habit – shopping in the same supermarket, probably buying the same basket of shopping each week – so how can we create a culture with our customers where our product or service becomes a “habit”.

In this interactive masterclass we’ll look at ways to retain your customers – the practical steps you can take in your business to hold on to customers and use the information that they provide to grow.

Understanding the benefits of having a customer retention strategy

Session 2:

Exploring the different ways of segmenting an audience.

Discuss and explore in detail the 10 top tactics for customer retention.

Implementing a customer retention strategy.

Delivered by Deborah Goodall, Managing Director of Aer8 Marketing, and Director of CDI Alliance, this two-part, creative, and interactive masterclass will focus on how to maintain your existing customers.

This two-part masterclass will be interactive with discussion and participation encouraged to ensure that delegates get the most out of the sessions and have the opportunity, to raise questions and ideas about their own businesses.
