Boost the performance and resilience of your company and join a growing number of SME leaders in Lincolnshire taking part in this practical course. Created by entrepreneurs and industry experts specifically to help SME business leaders enhance their leadership skills and increase confidence to develop their business.
Designed to fit around work commitments, in just four hours a week over 12 weeks, the course offers 1-1 support from a business mentor, peer learning sessions and help in developing a business growth plan. It focuses on giving you the tools to improve performance across a range of key areas, including strategy, innovation, financial management, marketing, employee engagement and digital adoption.
With 90% of the cost funded by UK Government - the course is only £750 per person.
Businesses across all sectors can apply, including social enterprises, and to be eligible for the course, your business must employ between 5 and 249 people, and have been operational for at least a year.
Individuals need to be a senior manager with at least one person directly reporting to them. Businesses employing five to nine people can enrol one senior manager on the course, and those employing 10 or more people can enrol two senior managers.
Recent satisfaction surveys Indicate that 91% of those who have completed the course say that they would recommend it to other business leaders.
