Social Enterprise Legal Structures and a Health Check

Social Enterprise Legal Structures and a Health Check Join us online where Chris Mason, Director of CERT CIC will be discussing Social Enterprise Legal Structures.

Event Information

Chris is CERT’s governance specialist and brings 33 years practical experience of supporting organisations to make their structures work FOR them and not AGAINST them. There will be lots of ideas to get you thinking about your structure – so get it off the shelf – dust it down and let’s see if you are making the most of what you’ve got.

Outline of the workshop:

  • Improving your understanding about what you are.
  • Improving your understanding about what you could convert to if your structure isn’t working for you.
  • Improving your understanding of adding something new like a trading arm to your organisational family.
  • Action Planning for next steps with your Legal Structures Health Check.
