Julie started at DBS Digital 22 years ago as Office Manager. Through the years, and as she assumed the role of MD, Julie has been instrumental in transforming the business - from a print-based business to the now successful, multi-award winning, business that it is today.
During her years with DBS, Julie has built on her digital marketing and website design skills, resulting in the company continuing to grow and, despite a pandemic and a cost of living crisis, reaching new revenue records year on year - with the last two years being the best ever for DBS.
Julie's insatiable desire to continue to learn and grow as an individual, as well as for the business, has seen her transform the business as she seamlessly moved into the MD role. Transformation has come about as a result of her leadership skills, expanding the team's knowledge, and experience - all of which is reflected in the awards the team has won including the FSB UK Employer of the Year, the National Biz X Award for Company Culture, and also achieving Investors In People Gold status.
