We’ll also help you with your CV and interview skills.
Not only will it boost your confidence and employability skills, but you’ll also have the chance to benefit from support from one of our mentors to help you uncover your next steps.
You'll get the chance to learn about the retail industry as well as gain significant work experience in a Lincolnshire Co-op store.
The course includes training in Customer Service, Food Safety & Hygiene, Manual Handling and Fire Safety.
You'll have the opportunity to gain 2 qualifications - BIIAB Level 1 Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing (ARAR) and Highfield Level 1 Award in Food Safety for Retail.
You'll improve your employability skills, take part in mock interviews and gain increased access to employment and Apprenticeship progression routes.
The course also includes the chance to participate in an end of programme celebration event.
