Business Lincolnshire's Growth Hub Focus Programme has been created to help your business successfully fulfil its goals and objectives.

The Programme will cover six key areas for business improvement, focusing on:

· Managing Change

· Business Planning

· Communications

· Managing Learning

· Effective Leaders

· Measurement and Evaluation

The support of your own Growth Hub Adviser will be available throughout your journey.

Am I eligible?

This Programme is available for businesses, partnerships, sole traders, and registered charities, with a trading address located within Greater Lincolnshire (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire & Lincolnshire). To access these workshops, your business must complete an SME enrolment form in order to check the business’s eligibility against the funding criteria.

A short overview for each of the six workshops is provided below

Managing Change - 30th January 2019

Explores what needs to change within an organisation, how to make the change and who to involve. A range of change management practices, techniques and tools will be shared to enable you to successfully drive change forward.

Business Planning - 28th February 2019

Prepares you for developing highly effective business plans with confidence. It covers aspects of business development and communication that are needed to set the direction and deliver key organisational objectives in line with your business strategy.

Communications - 12th March 2019

Examines the value of effective communication and how your business can improve to maintain strong working relationships at all levels. The session will assist you to recognise the difference between information and communication, Identifying the various options available for communicating.

Managing Learning - 2nd April 2019

Introduces the concept of managing training and development. It will help you to identify needs which are appropriate to the individual and prioritised to business requirements.

Effective Leaders - 30th April 2019

Takes a critical look at what is expected of today’s manager and ways in which he or she can help the organisation achieve its goals and targets by getting the most out of its people.

Measurement and Evaluation - 23rd May 2019

The session introduces a range of useful measures that can be applied at all organisational levels.

The Journey

To gain maximum benefit from participating in this programme, it is a requirement that you attend the entire series of workshops ensuring you connect every aspect of organisational development.

Trainer

The workshop programme will be delivered by Lynn Galletly, a Freelance Coach, Facilitator and Trainer since 1991, an experienced Investors in People Practitioner since 1993 and a Growth Accelerator coach. Lynn’s experience spans a diverse range of both public and private sector organisations and across all staff groups. She will guide you through the workshop series drawing on her expertise which include being a catalyst for change and development; coaching, mentoring and supporting leaders to achieve success and maximising performance.
