A FREE workshop funded by ERDF Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G project) in collaboration with Lincoln BIG, presented by Chamber members Tick HR.

Workshop dates:

HR/Employment Law Workshop Day 2 – Tuesday 3rd December

This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.

HR and employment law can be a real headscratcher but with our workshop, no longer will this area be a challenge. Over the 2 days, this workshop will look at how having the right members of staff who are fully engaged and keen to progress their professional development, can lead to your business standing out from the crowd. With the positive however, comes the negative. We can work with you to overcome the legality around disciplinary and grievance procedures and having those difficult conversations.
