The need for an Academy was identified following the creation of a Greater Lincolnshire Social Economy Strategy and evidence gained from an extensive research report.
The Greater Lincolnshire Social Economy Academy (GLSEA) offers a blend of practical and academic workshops, delivered by a range of partners. Sessions are aimed at Charities, Community Groups, Social Enterprises and businesses with a clear social or environmental mission. They are free to attend. Once a business enrolment form is completed and the eligibility checks are made, your staff / members / volunteers / Trustees / Board members can sign up for sessions that are relevant to their job roles / personal development.
The GLSEA is delivered locally by Bishop Grosseteste University.
