GDPR is a hot topic this month, with the deadline for changes to data protection imminent at the end of May. With so much guidance available, which are the best sources for you to use?
The ICO (Information Commissioners Office) have produced a set of guidelines including 12 steps you can follow and a self assessment toolkit for you to use, to make sure you are doing everything necessary to comply with the new regulations.
Businesses have until 25th May 2018 until the new regulations are put into place, with many taking advantage of the grace period before the enforcement to ensure they are ready for the updated guidelines.
